FOLIO II · RESUME

The Life & Works

A faithful record of practice — engineering positions held, instruments studied, and works rendered, set down in good faith for the curious reader.

I. Of the Engineer’s Disposition

A computer vision engineer with several years’ practice training and shipping perception systems — detection, segmentation, tracking, depth, embeddings — across mobile, edge, and cloud. Equally at home reading a research paper and a Caravaggio.

II. Positions Held

2023— present
Senior Computer Vision Engineer
— Studio of Imaging & Perception
Lead perception engineer for a real-time multi-camera system, owning the model pipeline from data curation through on-device deployment.
  • Reduced detector latency by 38% on edge silicon while preserving mAP within 0.5 points.
  • Authored the team’s annotation specification, now in use across three product lines.
  • Mentored two junior engineers through their first production model launches.
2021—2023
Computer Vision Engineer
— Atelier of Applied Machine Learning
Built segmentation and pose models for an AR-camera product; co-authored two patents on view-consistent rendering.
  • Designed a self-supervised pre-training routine that cut labeled-data needs by half.
  • Shipped a real-time matting model running at 60 fps on mid-range mobile.
2019—2021
Machine Learning Engineer
— House of Vision Research
Worked across classification, retrieval and 3D reconstruction. First touched the production stack here and never looked back.
  • Trained a similarity-search model serving 12M queries per day.
  • Contributed to two open-source repositories on point-cloud processing.
2018—2019
Research Assistant, Vision & Geometry Group
— University Laboratory
Studied multi-view geometry under a generous advisor; co-authored one workshop paper.
